- This class satisfies the live two-day training requirement for National TF-CBT Therapist Certification. See http://tfcbt.org for more information about certification.

Prerequisites

1. Prior to attending class, you must participate in a 2.5-hour Overview Webinar conducted by the class trainer (more information below).

2. Please also complete the free online TF-CBT Web training available at http://tfcbt.musc.edu. Their website provides information about CEs for completing the online course.

3. Overview Webinar - The information presented in this interactive online Overview is part of the overall class curriculum and covers the initial foundation for trauma-informed work. Covering this information (typically presented the morning of Day 1) prior to the class will allow more time for you to explore resources and do more of the experiential work in the classroom without being too rushed or adding an additional day to the training. This will bring the full CE credit to 17 hours which will be awarded at the end of Day 2. The links to register for one of the Overview Webinars will be sent in the class registration confirmation email.

Important: If you do not participate in one of these Overview sessions, you may not attend the class and we will have to cancel your registration.
